Light arrives as a pilgrim. A burnished ring bends its journey and folds into itself inside a luminous torus, and begins to hum. At the heart of the machine, a faceted sphere holds the light in suspension, a captured dawn of whisker filaments. Pure radiance. What emerges is neither image nor energy but something between them: a memory of the sun, reshaped and set free.
